Hotel is great! Breakfast could be better.. food was cold. Only issue is the parking. Prepare yourself to wait 30 to 40 mins. For them to bring your car.

A little outdated, our key cards had to be restarted every other time we went in which was an inconvenience having to go down everytime. Rooms were decent for a family. Staff was friendly and the location is great since it’s in the centre of Aguascalientes.

Aguascalientes is my hometown I am 82 years old and Hotel Francia has always been there. The room was at 62 degrees, very cold form me, so they provided me with a blanket after I complaint three times. The staff does not seem to know what they are doing; they were all giving me a different answer to the temperature issue. Some days we would get only one bath towel, the next day no mat to step out of the shower and finally, no hand towel!

Ausblick war nicht vorhanden, wir hab direkt auf eine Wand und Rohre 2 Meter vom Fe ster entfernt geblickt. Außerdem war der Klodeckel nur noch an einer Seite befestigt daher hat er extrem gewackelt. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage.
