Nice location. Walkable distance to shopping mall, grocery stores, and restaurants, etc. The restaurant inside the hotel is great too. It will be great if they open little bit earlier in the morning hour. Hotel staff is always professional manner and friendly.

It was amazing the food specially the costillas de rez oh wow the only thing I didn’t like is that you had to walk extra to be enter to your room through the main entrance doors

Our maid who took care of our room was amazing. When we left yesterday morning, we noticed a car side swiped the right side causing damage to our car between 9pm on 9.6.22 and 11:30 am 9.7.22

Pleasant stay

Nice hotel for quick stay
Nice older hotel with a warm water outdoor pool. Limited service bc of Covid but good overall. Clean, friendly and professional, I would stay there again.

It's a pretty clean hotel. The only thing right now is that the gym was closed. That is understandable based on the situation. The location is great.

Good option for family, competitive cost.
Great location and internal view, large gardens and nice swimming pool. Most room have direct connection to gardens and nice view. Good location in newly commercial zone of the city, large and free parking, competitive rate. Internet has some speed issues and facilities are little old, rooms need some refurbish but not major issue. In general good for what you pay.

Staff was very friendly with a great can do attitude, always willing to help. Breakfast was limited, but with outstanding quality Internet connection is limited to three devices, somewhat slow, and unstable but workable.

The pool area and grounds were well maintained, along with a children's play area and the tennis courts. The only thing we did not like was the air conditioning system which was not working properly.

Room was like 20 meters from a party that had mariachi until 10:30pm too loud and too close to the rooms. Why use part of the restaurant for a party???

good location, close to town
The place is really nice. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed 5 nights and never felt like it was busy. The bar was always empty. The restaurant was always 1/2 full tops. You can walk to shops and even a casino nearby. Plenty of taxis waiting outside to take you anywhere you want to go. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Aguascalientes.

Nice hotel. Kind of old but we'll maintained. Spacious rooms. Garden is superb. Staff attentive. Great price. Since rooms are being remodeled and there is nose but just during daytime. Close to everything.

Old, not pleasing
The hotel shows its age and needs a renovation. It would be OK if the rate was much lower but what I paid I could have gone to the Marriott across the street for about 10% more. I had to stay there as this is where someone else reserved for me for a business trip.
