「Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had heating. Pool was extremely cold and hot tub was not working properly. Area was clean and seemed safe. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed the one night we spent on property. The room was immaculate, so pretty and updated. We had a jacuzzi suite. There was really only enough hot water to fill it, then that’s it. Very typical for the country/area. They were sure to provide extra blankets in the room already, as it does get chilly in Cuzco at night.
