It’s not a four star resort at all. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were ok. Front desk staff were not at all friendly of helpful. Too busy watching tv.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The property looks and feels like a private resort, a space to simply get away and enjoy the coast. The room was clean and spacious. However, it was a challenge keeping the room cool on very hot days. Fortunately, the AC helped. The breakfast was lovely, offering a variety for everyone in our family. One less than excellent aspect of our experience was how impersonal the staff was in comparison to the other places we stayed on our ten day road trip in Sicily. We were all a bit surprised by this.

Although the staff was very kind, the property location was poor. The beach area was littered with trash and broken glass, and there was foul odor. The hotel property was tidy, but very sparse. Pool furniture was uncomfortable hard plastic, and a sign said no food or drink in the pool area. The room was adequate, but the bed was extremely hard, even after padding it with two blankets. Disappointing.

Clean, but Not a 4-Star Experience

The hotel was very clean and a good value, but it did not meet expectations for a four-star property. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt more like a cot pad on a thin frame than a real mattress. As a pregnant traveler, this made our two-night stay very difficult. The hotel felt dated. Wi-Fi did not work in our room at all, though it was strong just outside the door. The room had a good view, but it was next to a loud restaurant where karaoke or live music went late into the night one night. Breakfast was limited, and there were not many places in walking distance. The shower had moldy grout and no shelf for toiletries. The toilet was weak and hard to flush. That said, the location was convenient for sightseeing with a car in the Agrigento area, and free parking was appreciated. This hotel was clean and worked for a short stay, but we would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Convenient drive to the Valley of the Temples and walkable to beaches. The pool was a lovely bonus and the breakfast buffet standard/good. Reception ok but a little disinterested. Family apartment room was large and well equipped though bathroom a little outdated. Mirrors too high here and in ladies toilets - I’m average height and could only see the top of my head. We had a nice stay here and it was very good value. I particularly liked the room size and easy parking. It’s a shame the beach opposite the hotel isn’t maintained.

A car is required to go to restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel is dated but clean and the sea views from our room balconies were amazing. The beach area around the hotel is not for swimming and not really walkable. A drive to nearby busies beaches like San Leone beach is recommended. The breakfast at the hotel is basic but recommended since you need to drive to the closest eating places. The swimming pool was nice and used as the beach nearby is not good for swimming. We liked our stay at the hotel because we had the convenience of a car and onsite parking.

Terrible. Stay away.

Terrible experience, starting with check-in. The receptionist didn't care about us as guests. Worn down place, even plants in the lobby area was unhealthy. Nothing to do in the area. Have booked a room with ocean view. Amazing. But the room... Bathroom almost useless, shower extremely small, and we're small. Shower head broken so need to hold it by hand. Towels in the poorest quality ever. Don't even know we're to buy towels that are so thin. Very noisy AC. Breakfast... Cold coffee, and really disappointed. Just took a croissant and cold coffee. Packed our stuff and checked out. Only response from the receptionist... You leave one day earlier (initially booked two nights), but you have to pay for two nights. Not a single question asked about why.

Hotel classificato 4 stelle, prenotato con Expedia a metàdi Giugno. Un problema con la prenotazione (che aveva salvato età errata di Ns. figlio, classificato lattante) è stato risolto dall'hotel senza contrattempi. L'albergo è in zona tranquilla, c'è una piccola spiaggia libera subito al di là della strada. La classificazione a 4 stelle è probabilmente eccessiva, anche se l'hotel ha dei punti forti e, intervenendo su pochi dettagli migliorabili, risponderebbe in pieno alla categoria. Punti forti: piscina molto bella e grande ed ottimamente mantenuta; pulizia delle stanze eccellente (si nota anche la cura personale del personale addetto); camera da 3 molto grande (con terzo letto in vano separato con armadio cucina e piccolo tavolo), con 2 unità split indipendenti per il clima; parcheggio interno. Punti deboli: arredo della camera troppo scarno, mancano ripiani per poter aprire comodamente le valige, mancano appendiabiti/ganci ai quali poter appendere asciugamani vari; balcone privo di stendipanni o similare; bagno un po' piccolo, privo di ripiani e appendiasciugamani in numero sufficiente, con anacronistica tendina nella doccia, che ha peraltro portata acqua insufficiente; ad una certa ora del mattino veniva staccata l'alimentazione ai condizionatori (anche prima di lasciare la stanza togliendo la tessera della chiave che aziona tutti i sistemi); colazione un po' "minimal", mancano prodotti del territorio. Nel complesso, esperienza positiva anche in rapporto al prezzo pagato
