「My fiance and I stayed at the Hotel for my birthday. The Hotel provided a free upgrade to us and prepared a birthday cake for me at breakfast! A total surprise! Impressive! There are a range of tours which you may join at the Hotel - and we picked the tea plucking class which we enjoyed very much. The surrounding environment is unbeatable - with leveled tea fields surrounding the Hotel. Would very much like to come back for another stay!」

「The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.」

A truly luxurious boutique hotel with wonderful staff. The roads in are interesting and we were glad of the SUV we had hired. Over 4 hour drive from Colombo which was indeed stunning. 「We spoilt ourselves with 2 nights in Ahas Pokuna. This is a truly special place. Greeted at the road side by Arun our naturalist guide we were immediately enveloped in the forest following a footpath (truly the only access) leading us up the the very exclusive camp. We were the only guest and had the middle of three tent suites/tree houses. The beautifully maintained grounds of the camp are full of birds and the staff are always attentive.
