「Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc.」
「We stayed at the hotel for three nights from and booked a total of seven rooms. But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself....
「Everything about the Rambam hotel is fabulous. It’s extremely comfortable and luxurious. A beautiful piece of tranquility in middle of Jerusalem. You won’t ever want to leave.」
「Lovely and very clean renovated room. Very comfortable bed and kettle with tea and coffee was very appreciated. Plenty wardrobe space and great shower. Good blackout curtains but can get noisy with street noise so make sure the windows are closed properly. Sweets, chocolates and nuts and bottles of water were left in the room for us and is a thoughtful touch.
The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast average but plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.」
「I stayed for three nights and it was really great. The clerks are friendly and nice. I ask them about the famous spots, transportation, post office et cetera, really helpful.」
