「We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...

This is old but wonderful. If you are expecting something perfect and new do not stay here. If you’d like something authentic, close to everything in the Old Port and with a breathtaking view of the lighthouse and harbor, this is your place. Make sure you specify room with a balcony. 「Amazingly friendly welcome at reception. Beautiful clean hotel and very spacious apartment. Worth the 10 min walk from the old town as it was so quiet. Great view from the balcony would highly recommend this place. 」

「此住宿係一個Apartment 形式，面積夠大，有電梯。不過，沐浴的熱水很難控制，忽冷忽熱，而且水壓不好，水力很弱。試過有一晚突然停電，幸好，有人仍在office幫忙解決問題，否則整晚都不用睡，因為此住宿不是24小時有人的。特別多謝Irene的幫助。」

「The location is quite good, near the port, surrounded by nice restaurants, which means it could be a bit noisy at night. We stayed in a double-bed room, but it can actually sleep 3 people. Staffs are kind and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, serving from 9 to whenever you wake up, with bread, preserves, butter, a huge bottle of coffee, Greek yogurt, sandwiches with ham and cheese, and a glass of fresh orange juice. Don't ever miss it!!」
