"The hotel was unresponsive. We didn’t receive any information up front, and upon arrival, the cleaning staff let us in. While she was very kind, we didn’t receive any of the information about the room (like where we could find the A/C remote, wifi password etc). "

"Check-in at the restaurant was easy. Rooms were a good size and clean, a little wear and tear but nothing off putting. The kitchen was well equipped. I enjoyed being able to watch UK TV channels. The restaurant and pool have beautiful views so the hotel earns its name. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a good choice of cook to order items. I had dinner at the restaurant a couple of times which was also delicious. The pool was a nice size and I enjoyed time relaxing poolside with the occasional refreshing swim. All the staff were friendly yet professional. One of the staff even gave me a lift to the beach as their shuttle was not available. I am a cat person so enjoyed the company of the locals! There is no lift so if mobility is an issue there are steps everywhere. I am pleased to recommend this hotel and would stay there again."
