The beachfront location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. What truly made this place unforgettable was the exceptional staff and customer service. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — easily one of the highlights of our trip. A very special thank you to the owner, who went completely above and beyond for us. Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. "Excellent in every way! We had the roof top suite with private pool, well worth the money, in fact it was excellent value! Staff were amazing and a massive credit to the hotel, service was excellent as was breakfast and lunch! Well located, a short walk from the beach and a short drive to the centre of Chania. We have stayed before and will again Highly recommend and the best hotel on Crete!"

"Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus outside every 15 minutes to Chania. Hotel provided fruit, bottle of wine and biscuits in the room."

"We had a sub basement flat and it was great value. Spacious and near the pool. Could do with some sprucing up in terms of furniture etc but nothing to spoil our stay. The hotel restaurant is what makes it for us. Great food and staff. Best cocktails and the best spaghetti ever. Coffee is superb too. We asked the hotel to leave two pizzas in our room as we were arriving late and nothing is a problem for them. Location is absolutely wonderful on the beach."
