「The stay experience is unremarkable as once we arrived have a friendly and warm welcome from the hotel staff. They are very friendly to purchase the mobile sim card from the vending machine that provide us convenience during our stay. There are well display and various of buffet item during our stay.」

「We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible...

「The hotel is modern, well-equipped and rooms are bright and large. My room was a junior suite and was very good value - with lots of space and extremely comfortable. The area around the hotel has many bars, restaurants and is close to good shopping areas. The staff are polite, helpful and professional and had many good recommendations for places to eat and visit. Overall, a good choice for your stay in Tblisi!」

「Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave...

「This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi: amazing staff, great breakfast with different options, nice terrace upstairs, close to everything and very comfortable beds. The staff members are very helpful. We parked our car for free at the small parking lot that is designated for the guests only. I would recommend this hotel for a long or short stay in Tbilisi.」
