「I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. 「I thought it was a 5 star... it was not. The room itself was fine but the bathroom needs work. Must have plumbing issues as the bathroom (before being used) stinks. Sitting on the toilet is a tight squeeze because the sink is in the way. No towel racks or toilet paper holder..? Shower head is built for people under 5' 7". 2€ for using more than 2 nespresso pods. Staff were nice and friendly lobby was very fancy. 」
