"We had booked a standard twin beds room, but were assigned a room for disabled people. Because our trip was delayed that day, we were very tired and didn't realize we should have changed rooms. Hopefully, this won't happen again."
"Convenient transport, very close to the central station. Shared microwave and fridge available, which made it super convenient to buy dinner from a nearby supermarket and eat back at the hotel."
"The hotel is about 7-10min away from the train station by walk. There are quite a few of restaurants nearby. A grocery is just at the corner which is convenient to get some necessities like bottled water. The shoppint streak is right behind of the hotel. The room size is acceptable. Cleaniness is on average. Towels change and trash clean-up can be done by request. Staff were helpful and friendly."
"Good in general. The lift -destination control is not viable as we need to wait for long time. Suggest to re study the lift traffic impact to the guest at peak hour"
