「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「This is a most beautiful place for your stay in the centre of old Ravenna! It has a wonderful garden at the back with tall trees and flowers, sitting areas and birds flying about. Generous breakfast, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cereals, pastries etc. Very friendly and helpful staff, large rooms. Small number of rooms, family run. Within short walking distance of some of the major sites to see fabulous mosaics. We did not travel by car, but heard that there is parking available.」
