「It was really special to stay in Nelson’s Dockyard. We stayed in the lofts and it was very relaxing. Only downside is the walls are paper thin (old building, I should have expected this) so bring ear plugs or a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper! Restaurants were great at the hotel and the area is very walkable. There’s a complimentary boat to take you to Galleon Bay, which was a really nice beach.」

「location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

「Food was excellent. Anything you could think of that you needed, they were there immediately to accommodate our requests. The views and private setting was spectacular. Loved, loved, loved it!」

「There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on.
