「Really great spot. I'd recommend highly. Off a street with a lot of restaurants and city action but quiet. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the room is great. Has a European feel with the pool and pool bar. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in this side of town」

「Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.」

Staff are generally quite helpful — and certain several particularly so, beyond what could reasonably be expected — though things can sometimes take longer than anticipated. Regular maintenance is clearly conducted. Gym could do with more updated machinery but still quite good. 」

「I found the place rather confusing. The Uber driver couldn't find it and had to ask several people in the vicinity. There are no markings to indicate "Ngaliema Resort Club"; indeed the board with keys at reception has a different name on it. There's no lobby, just an office that might be open.
