「Stay here lot’s mainly due to location! It’s a pretty old hotel and the rooms need a renovating! Not enough non smoking rooms so it not alway possible to book a room. Breakfast could be a lot better! Need more variety of fruit, better coffee, better bread and real butter would be a good start 」

「Had to change room after no hot water. Faucets old and almost seized, hard to on off. No safe lockers in rooms.」

「The Grand Zuri is a professionally run hotel that would be at home in an Australian capital city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing some building work which wasn’t a problem during my stay. 」

「Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop pool was nice. But no service there- no towels…etc. kind of abandoned. Worth about 60-70/night 」

「This is my 6th stay at the HW. Its well priced hotel, good location close to ATM, Mall restaurants and most importantly the close to the harbour where ferries leave to go to the Mentawai islands. 」

「エアコンが動いていますが、部屋全体を冷やせません。 夜は裸で寝ましたが、まだ少し暑いくらいです。 朝方は適温(冷房MAX)になりましたが、少し動くと暑くなります。 写真は窓から撮影しました。 「デラックス ルーム ビーチサイド」をあえて選びましたが3階だった為、この景色です。 なるほど海は見えますので、「ビーチサイド」ではあります。 あまりホテルに期待しないで泊まるのが良いと思います。」

「The hotel not good, noisy people can smoke in the hotel lobby, along corridor and rooms. The breakfast very poor, with no choise, only fry mee. Location not good too. Far from place of interest. This was not a good trip we experience. 」

「it was raining I could not find the place, no markings to say it was a hotel or guest house, by the time i found it it was to late to check-in. they close up at 10 pm zero way to tell what that its a guest house 」
