"The room is large , the bedding comfortable however it was not as clean as I would expect. The room was not serviced for the first 3 days , cups not cleaned bathroom etc …when it was cleaned the floor was still not vacuumed.. Water pressure in the shower poor and bath sink was blocked until I reported it …it was fixed .."

"On first sight, the room looked of 5 star quality, with good amenities in the room, bathroom and storage area. However, the carpet is in very serious need of a good deep clean and was rather unsavoury to both look at and walk on. "

"This isn't our first stay at Stamford Plaza, it is a great place to stay, location is brilliant, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was great, comfortable bed and everything you need on hand. We didn't have any issues at all, nice touch to have complimentary water each day, even got some lindt chocolate on one of the days which was nice."

"Love the buffet brekky. Hated the car park! Half was bunted off and people were struggling to find a park, very tight one way park but two traffic! Bed and room were great as was the view. Maybe a seal on the balcony door to block traffic noise would be good. Would stay there again though :)"
