Fan in bathroom wouldn't go off unless room key was removed to reset the room power... In morning cleaning staff chatting away and sound right through the door. Not place to sleep in at. Positive is good location, lots of friendly cafes and easy walk over to North Adelaide main strip. Good value, just not great overall."
