It was a lovely stay and staff were friendly and prompt. The problem is there were very limited Disability Parking spaces and sometimes you couldn't get into parking area as there were trucks blocking the entrence. Not a very friendly Disability establishment. TOO many stairs and even getting to the rooms more stairs. Disability toilet was very unclean and I couldn't get the door unlocked from the inside. Other than being Disability unfriendly would have been a nice stay.

Thank you for your feedback yes our accommodation being upstairs and not having a lift I would not recommend to someone who has a disability as we do not have a lift and the stairs can be hard for some. Sorry it wasn't an enjoyable stay for you.

it is a great location and has great food on the property. Overall, it was a great experience. with the beachfront and bottle shop next door. On-site Parking is full of time in the daytime, and there is no designated parking for hotel customers.

Great location straight across the road from the beach, and with plenty of local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Parking at the rear of hotel was often crowded and sometimes not available, even if you are staying in the accommodation... Should have a section reserved for hotel guests! Room was clean with adequate facilities, comfortable bed.

Filthy and noisy. We thought it would be basic but not unclean. Broken furniture. Mouldy curtains. Filthy toilet. Windows haven’t been cleaned for so long it looks like you’re looking through murky fog. Terrible

Noisy, old and the worst sleep ever.

The single bed was so lumpy, sagged and uncomfortable, that I eneded putting the mattress on the floor. You should not charge for a bed that is this bad. I have stayed at many ALH venues and this was by far the noisiest and most uncomfortable bed in SA!

Tolle Lage direkt an der Esplanade. Es müssten allerdings noch mal ein paar Euro in die Electric investiert werden. Die Schalter sind Uralt und es sind zu wenige Steckdosen vorhanden.

Room was the size of a shoe box was dusty & dirty...tv didn't work properly & the fans outside on the roof (kitchen fans) were super loud & didn't shut off until after 10pm...
