The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the waterfront area which made walking around the best option. The rooms themselves are very dated and in dire need of an upgrade
We were allocated an upstairs room but the staff were very helpful carrying our large suitcase up and then down the stairs for us. The only down point of the room was the bus stop outside where busses waited for quite a while with motor running before heading off again....not the motels fault.

Close to shops and restaurants.
We had know notification that
reception shut at 4pm but one phone call
which was answered straight away and very helpful.
I stay here regularly now as the beds are so comfortable and the location is very convenient. I don’t need all the frills as I’m there for work but a great sleep is a must.
This is a great Motel near the heart of Glenelg, it's very clean, we never actually saw any staff as check in was via the internet, but as we didn't have any issues this was ok. We were unlucky with an old car event the following morning, and without double glazing it can be quite noisy from the road.. Not a major issue, but if your a lite sleeper it could be an issue.
Bath tub together with shower no good
Shower curtain to small
No mirror outside the bathroom
No table
Apart for the above it was a very good stay will recommend to Family and Friends
