Affordable and close to Jetty Road shopping and restaurants. Good location. Lovely park and water views from high floors. We would stay here again.
The room was very comfortable and clean The fridge was in a cupboard and was hot to touch if we shut the cupboard doors. The shower floor was slippery. The bed was lovely

This hotel has seen better days, but the view can't be seen from anywhere even remotely in its price range.
Unfortunately there were some issues with my room. The carpet was very wet right next to the bed and so it was musty and I got wet socks getting out of bed. It's likely it was from the aircon unit but nonetheless it's not what I'd expect. The carpet seemed like it'd been wet for a while.
Sound travelled really clearly across rooms, especially from cleaning staff knocking on doors and calling out.
The balcony has a lovely view but as the photo shows and staff mentioned to me, the door is left open to it in between visitors as well as suggested when you go out to the balcony. They say you could get locked out; it feels like an odd solution to leave the door open rather than fixing doors. They also said it stops the rooms from getting musty: again it seems an odd thing given that anything could fly in the door into the room while the door is open??
The bathroom seemed recently renovated and was nice and clean, however the ceiling exhaust fan didn't work. The shower was warm but not hot.
All up it's a fine enough spot but unless a solid renovation is done it's not great. The view is awesome though.
Great location, enjoyed our stay here on 11th floor.
Only comment was the main apartment entrance doors were not locked at night and you could use the lifts without a swipe card.

Room was good and clean with comfortable bed. Didn’t use air conditioning so can’t report on that. Will stay again.
Good central location in Glenelg and room was very comfortable and has been renovated with bathrooms having a modern feel. Great view from the 10th floor. Lobby area was a bit bland upon entry, needs a bit of styling and decorating. However staff were very good on check in, plus gave us a docket to park free in the outside carpark. Good value for money.

Well located and good value. Interesting circular building probably from the 1970's when rotating restaurants were popular (no longer in use unfortunately).
Fair sized room, we had a cheap room on the first floor with a view of the car park but still quiet. Higher rooms would have good views.Clever machine outside the door which dispenses the room key for late arrivals.Good coffee shop next door and short walk to tram and town centre.

Loose tap wear in sink
Spa dirty - not inviting
Shower rose too low - wouldn’t stay up
Bed comfy and clean - slept well
TV no regular channels
Room was great, clean & plenty of room. There was a tissue dispenser but only a few tissues in it. The hair dryer did not work. We would have appreciated a toaster being available.
The staff during booking were extremely courteous, great room, great view, thank you.

Clean your air conditioner filters, they were disgusting and please supply a spare toilet paper roll. The roll was well over half used when we arrived Monday afternoon and we had to supply our own at 10pm Tuesday. Man at front desk was polite and friendly, beds were comfortable
Comfortable room, handy location. Appreciated the water provided and also having a microwave and toaster.

Front door always unlocked as was the elevator. Zero security from people wandering in. Balcony view was great, not big enough to sit and previous guests smoked which left a horrible smell in the room. When you could get front desk staff, they were friendly and helpful. Needs a big upgrade and update.

This was probably a nice hotel in its day. Rooms are fine, common areas are worn, tired and not well maintained.
