Check in was easy, rooms were large and comfortable.
BATHROOM was clean, shower water pressure & temperature good. Soap, shampoo and conditioner was dispenser type at hand basin and shower. Two towels in room and other two in cupboard under sink. (might of been easier if these were on the bed as the booking was for 2 Adults and 2 Children, little confused)
ROOM was quiet & no noise transmitted through walls. Bed was a little soft but not painful to sleep in. (I have spinal fusion, so firmer beds are better for me) Spare pillows and blankets in cupboard. Large enough for a Queen Bed, 2 Singles, a sofa bed and coffee table. TV size 32inch. Desk, Fridge, Coffee making area, cupboard and luggage area. plenty of room around furniture. A/C old Fujitsu ceiling cassette unit was struggling in 40C heat. Internal corridors not conditioned which was unusual but obviously trying to keep electrical costs down.
AMENITIES Plenty of Tea, Coffee & Milk in room (no biscuits) Spare glasses. No extra's in fridge (Mini Bar) Good, this can be awkward with kids wanting to eat drink the mini bar. Outdoor pool/sitting area was clean & tidy. Security gates close at 9pm & open at 7am after hours opening using your room card. Didn't see the breakfast area as we opted not to pay the $15 per person extra for continental there was no cooked breaky.
SERVICE was great, Neil was very helpful advising tram spots & best places to eat. We followed his advice & found it to be just as good as he said.
