We stayed here previously and it was good, it now was poor! The reception was closed and very unhelpful by phone! Apartment was not clean the shower screen was full of scum! Nowhere to leave bags after check out. No information given eg pool opening etc! Bar was shut the whole time. Paid extra for balcony that was like a prison

Trompeur. Le parking promis n'existe pas.

L'appartement n'est pas mal de tout. Belle terrasse et spacieux. Surtout prévoyez soit un parking à proximité . L'entreprise fait de mauvaise publicité. Dans tout les sites webs on voit clairement parking gratuit. La réalité c'est complètement différente le parking est un parking dans la rue publique et absolument impossible pour trouver une place. On a dû garder la voiture dand un parking privé à 1km de l'appartement. Je ne m'explique pas comment Hôtels.com ne surveille les annonces trompeurs.

Los apartamentos que reservé estaban reformados y limpios. El recinto bien y la piscina fenomenal. Es tranquilo y su ubicación es excepcional, cerca de la playa de Fañabé y a 5 minutos de la del Duque. Restauración y comercios al lado.

Отдельно хочу отметить работу ресепшен. А именно, Гуниту. Крайне дружелюбна. Помогала во всём. Спасибо огромное. Очень приятно было.

Disappointing room

The receptionist on arrival was not very communicative and unable to give us any sort of information when we asked for it. On the face of it the apartment complex looked ok if a little tight around the pool if more than 50% occupancy. The condition of the room was the main concern with mould growing in the silicone round the bath, chipped and rusty roll top to bath, broken glass lampshade, torn shower curtain here also, bulb not working in the kitchen area and melamine coming off cupboard door top. Broken top to canopy of cooker hood and tea stained mugs. Had to purchase a suitable glass for beer and poorly equipped kitchen. One of the towels was badly shredded and had to have it replaced. Reported all this to reception and finally someone came to replace the bulb and remove the broken lampshade on the sixth day. What really mad my blood boil was when I went back to the apartment one morning to find 4 people in it. Apparently the owner was showing prospective clients round presumably in order to sell. The second receptionist however throughout the week did do her best to help.

Prisvärt och bra

En kort men intensiv vistelese på fyra dagar. Nära till stranden, shoping samt många bra restauranger och pubar. Det finns gott om bankomater, även om de flesta ställen tar kreditkort så gör inte alla det. En viss summa kontanter är därför att föredra. Det verkar överlag vara något billigare än i Sverige och maten är av bra kvalitet.
