We had mixed feelings about our stay. It was okay for all inclusive, the hotel has nice territory with great rocky views, but it's located far from sandy beaches. Daily cleaning is a plus, food was average - the choice is limited for 10 days, we didn't finish our food a few times (meat not fresh/cakes still frozen, too much salt, etc.) Cleanliness is not perfect. Some staff were extremely friendly and helpful, others were the opposite. We loved a stay at a different place last year, therefore, will not recommend this one.

Amazing 💜

Absolutely amazing hotel. Was completely shocked when I arrived with my sister I did not expect the hotel to be as nice. Loved the chilled out atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The staff on reception were lovely and nothing was too much they were very helpful. The room was stunning and I will definitely be returning in the future. The only thing that wasn’t great for us was the food, the breakfast was okay but we went down for dinner one night and there was not a lot of options on the menu so we went somewhere else. The pool looked lovely but again we didn’t use as it was overcrowded a lot of the time. For me and my sister this wasn’t a problem as we were out most of the time anyway.

Quality and service are not 4 star worth. We had mixed feeling about this hotel and would not come back nor would we recommend it to others. Positive: Location close to the beach and ocean views are strengths of the hotel, also tasty and fresh food in the restaurant Negative: all inclusive is not worth it, very poor choice of drinks, cocktails, coffee, beer and wine come from machines and taste awful. Bed mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Hotel does not offer any night entertainment except guitar music at dinner 3 times a week. Staff is not polite and seem not to care for their job or customers. Pool towels have to be rented and paid for, which is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Hotel did not consider that we had honeymoon and my wife had a birthday, but they just didn’t care. Snack bar for all inclusive is very poor choice. Overall, bad experience.

A great hotel but please get some AC.

I really like this hotel which is located in a small and quiet village in south Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea so has great uninterrupted views out to La Gomera. The rooms are clean, tidy and pretty modern with each having a little kitchen area with a little hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s mainly mopping the floors, replacing bedding and towels periodically. If you happen to leave a cup in the sink, it will still be there after they have cleaned which wasn’t an issue for us. A few gripes for me are: Would be good to get some aircon in the rooms, they are super hot in the summer;I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but when we tried it was nearly impossible as it regularly loses the signal, this is the same issue that has existed for years for the UK channels; Most hotels I visit nowadays have free electronic safes in the room, here they still have a key and I believe they charge a fee to use it;While we always managed to get a sunbed I watched many people heading down early to secure the best bed and then it was left unused for hours. This really should be managed better with towels removed if no one uses them in a hour in my personal opinion. Overall though I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Fantastic stay

Lovely hotel, great location with big spacious rooms. Reception were always accommodating and welcoming. Nice pool with plenty of sun loungers and a great selection of local restaurants nearby all serving great food, highly recommend!

A very lovely hotel with kind staff. My room had amazing sea views and I found the area just right for a bit of exploring, walking and running. Most of all the hotel was a great place to relax, read, swim and sunbathe. And the food was delicious! Really delicious...

Had a great week at The Atlantic Hotel. Stafff all very friendly and room clean amd spacious. Away from the main tourist area so hotel and pool never felt crowded or noisey. All inclusive - dinner options were limited to 2 fornmains bit there was always a good buffet spread

Perfect stay by the ocean

I had a very pleasant stay in Atlantic Holiday Hotel. Breakfast was very good and prices at the pool bar were very reasonable. Pool and sun decks around it were my favourite places to be. What a view to the ocean!! Rooms can get hot at times as there was only a fan to cool them (at least in my room). Other than that I was very pleased with my room, a studio with a seaview balcony. It had everything I needed.

Gorgeous gorgeous hotel with amazing ocean views. Large clean rooms - very modern and the comfiest beds (which actually made me oversleep a few times). Staff have customer service at heart and have a warm demeanour. We had the half board which was very affordable £480 for 5 nights for two people. Breakfast was yummy, lunch selection was a bit meh (had once - there’s room for improvement) and dinner was yummy also. This hotel is perfect for a nice break from the busyness of life. So happy with the stay. 4.5/5 ❤️🌊

Lovely ocean view from our balcony. We stayed room only basis and the room itself was very clean and modern with a small kitchen area. Well equipped but lacked a microwave whick would have been handy. Staff were lovely and catered to our every need. Always pleasant and helpful. The area itself is quiet and peaceful so if your looking fir nightlife and entertainment this is not the place for you unless your willing to pay €15-€20 each way into town

It was a really nice hotel and the people very friendly. They did have an issue with large cockroaches in lobby and on our deck. Some Actually did get in the room. They had dealt with it the day before and most of them were dying.

There is no air conditioning at this hotel so our bedrooms were incredibly hot. When we first arrived the bedroom was 36 degrees and we were only given one fan between 3 people. Eventually managed to get one more, but still only had 2 fans between 3. No one slept.
