「My stay at this hotel on October 16 was extremely disappointing. I reserved two rooms, each with two queen beds, but was initially given keys to only one room. The second room had a king bed instead. When I explained the mistake, the clerk stated I would be charged for a new room if the bed had been used. 「I absolutely was very disappointed with this place. It is still under reconstruction. It was smelly and we had some kinf of bug on our beds. Toilets were so low to the floor. The sign was on the door and the maid service lady still burst in on us. Only good thing was a new air conditioner. Front desk person was rude. This place is only for tired truck drivers. Dirty place to stay. I will never rent a room from this place.」

「The hotel is great. It's a nice hotel right on campus. The rooms are a nice size and well equipped. If you use Expedia to purchase your room for a better deal, just know, it doesn't include complimentary breakfast so there is not benefit unless you don't want breakfast. That is why I gave the hotel 4 stars. The breakfast is $15 for 2 people. It's a pretty good breakfast. Also, the hotel is unavailable to anyone other than ulumni on several game day weekends which is a bummer.」

「I would like to know why I was charged $250 holding fee that I will not get back for weeks, if I ever get it back. I ah e heard of hotels charging a $50 holding fee, but that’s ridiculous. The property was fantastic」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was easy and safe well maintained in general for an older property. We'll stay there again if in the area.」
