Loved the staff, incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very clean and well kept, making the stay comfortable. The location is also perfect just a 10-minute walk to Bole, the main city center. Overall lovely experience, highly recommend!

This felt More like a hostile and price reflects that but the photos are deceiving. Unless you’re traveling by your self for months and need to save every dollar, you won’t like it, difficult to work from with weak WiFi. I’m now paying about 6x to stay somewhere modern and clean.

The Ladies at the reception were so nice, We requested for an iron box but not available The closest at my room was smelling so bad , it was like a rotten egg A certain man working at the restaurant removed me from a couch situated outside the reception saying that it is meant for room guests and i insisted that i was a room guest but he didn't want to hear. I requested the bedding to be changed in my room but they never did, they only make the bed with the same bedding i have used for close to 2 weeks
