Amazing stay at Senbayrak otel city

My family and I liked Senbayrak otel, the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is well done, the Team is cooperative and lovely and the customer service is really helpful when i ask them for a help when my flight delayed.

Exercise room where only Treadmill was working. Sad to say employee would be smoking at the Hotel entrance and very often not greet guest or even look up from their phones.Balcony door in our room was broken / could not lock it for the night, it was brought to their attention.Unfortunately we will not be coming back

Located in the center of town just about 10 minutes from the airport with taxi ($3). The mattress was hard but that is the only complaint. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, omelettes were extra pay ($1). Staff was very friendly and helpful but sometimes the language was a problem. Most people in the city only speak Turkish.

The staff are super wonderful and helpful but the hotel itself is very outdated and old. The A/C stopped working in One night but the technician came and fixed it on the spot and he was a very nice person. Very dark inside the rooms as the lighting is very poor. Definitely will Not consider this hotel in next visits. The parking is across the street in a very crowded area and narrow road.

Otelin konumu merkezi bir yerdeydi. Oda büyük ve genişti.Banyosu temizdi.Kahvaltı çeşitli ve doyurucuydu.Yalnız sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen odamızda çok fazla sigara kokusu vardı. Yatağın nevresimi temizdi ancak üzerine serilen örtüde çok fazla saç kalmıştı aynı şekilde odanın içindeki koltukların üzerinde saçlar vardı.

Leider keine 4 Sterne wert.

Personal sehr. freundlich. Das Zimmer zwar sauber aber alt. Schimmel im Bad in der Dusche. Die Zimmer sind leider laut, da die Klimaanlage permanent läiuft (zentral). Auch der freundliche Mitarbeiter konnte es nicht abstellen. In allen Zimmern. Frühstück super.

Temiz fakat..

Otel eski fakat temiz. Hijyenden yana bir problem görmedim. Genel olarak da yine konaklama için iyi. Fakat ben otel seçerken merkezi konumları tercih ediyorum ve aracımı bırakıp yürüyerek geziyorum, çok gerekirse arabayla çıkıyorum. Bu sebepten ötürü otelin otoparkının olması benim için özellikle tercih sebebi oluyor. Burada otoparkı var görünüyordu ondan seçtim. Fakat otopark karşı sokak arasında yer altında hem otele hem de diğer insanlara hizmet veren standart otopark. Otele özel değil. Lafı çok da uzatmayım özetle normal şartlarda görüp de arabamı bırakmak isteyeceğim bir otopark değil. Daracık ve araçlar neredeyse üst üste. Anahtarı bırakıyorsunuz herhangi bir makbuz vs verilmiyor. Biri alıp gitse kim bilecek. Vale var denmiş ama girişteki arkadaşlar sağolsun aracı almaya tenezzül etmeyip beni yönlendirdiler. Kendileri götürseler bunlardan haberim olmayacaktı. Diğer konaklayanların da muhtemelen bundan mütevellit haberleri olmuyor. En azından bir makbuz verin de kafamız biraz rahat olsun.
