Beware of bedbugs We had notified the staff who doesn’t take this hygiene issue seriously I would therefore strongly avoid this hotel at all cost.

I won’t stay at this hotel again, the bed is uncomfortable, the windows have no screens, the furniture is not in good condition. The worst part is the MOLD. Black mold in the shower all over, also the ventilation system is also moldy … even the staff said the only reason the hotel has good reviews is because of them and the breakfast

Çalışan personellerin hepsi çok iyi kibardı bu yüzden çok teşekkür ederiz. Ancak odada klima tek ayarlı ve gece açsak donuyoruz açmasak pişiyoruz gibi bi durum yaşadık onu düzeltilmesi ile harika olur. Ayeıca kahvaltıya bayıldık. Çok çeşitli ve çok lezzetli idi.

Otel genel olarak Temiz, işciler gelen gidenle ilgileniyor ve muhabbetleri güzel. Odamın Kliması sadece 18 derecede çalışıyordu, ayarlar kilitli. Söyleme rağmen bir şey yapılmadı. Duş kapakları kapanmıyor, Duş kafası bozuk. Buzdolabı da iş görmüyor. Bunlar ucuz Malzemeler oldu her yönden belli.

Personelin ilgi alakası çok iyi. Lokasyonu ve kahvaltısı da iyi. Ama odalarda eski tip havalandırma var ve soğuturken çok gürültü yapıyor. Biz Mayıs ayında bir şekilde idare ettik ama özellikle yazın gidecekseniz sorun olabilir. İnsan "havalandırmanın gürültüsü mü sıcak mı" arasında kalıyor.

Ev rahatlığında konuksever bir otel.

Başta Ali bey, Beyza Hanım ve Deniz Hanım olmak üzere otel çalışanlarının hepsi çok konuksever ve sıcakkanlıydı. Kahvaltı son derece zengin ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu şehir merkezinde ve sessiz, park yeri sorunu olmayan bir sokaktaydı. Oda, yatak ve banyo temizliği iyiydi. Bundan sonraki Adana seyehatlerimde tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel.
