One of the oldest but modern hotels of Adana which is close to old city with a walking distance. Nice pool and food to enjoy

The staff were very courteous and friendly. Our room was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed stunning views of the mosque and the stone bridge. The location was ideal, being close to all major attractions and having a large shopping center nearby.

The staff and Mr. Serkan were very nice and helpful, we ate the best adana kebap in Turkey, also the other food was very delicious, and the best part was the swimming pool.

Pool was so warm, we were informed that cooling system is broken. They measured next to us, it was 30 celcius . The shampoo was smells not good. İ suggested them to change it. Employees are nice and helpful overalll.

The rooms are outdated, resembling a style from the 1980s. The air conditioner did not function properly. However, the hotel was clean and offered a nice river view. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the shower drain was partially clogged. Additionally, the reception failed to recognize that breakfast was included for both rooms I had booked, forcing me to prove my purchase. The manager admitted there were issues on their end. As compensation for the inconvenience, I requested a discount, as my breakfast experience was disrupted. Instead, the manager offered a free massage therapy session for June 2025.

Nice stay with a family

We stayed here for 2 nights with our baby. It was enjoyable and cool in these extremely hot wheather in Adana. The staff is friendly and always at your service. They were always helpful and supported us whenever needed.
