"This is an average hotel compared to other Holiday Inn stats I’ve previously booked. The room was not adequately stocked with towels or linens. They were provided when asked but was given a mattress cover instead of a comforter. I found used linens in the bottom of the closet and the mirror had hand prints from previous guests. The water pressure was terrible so the adjustable shower head only worked in one setting. There was no hot water to the bathroom sink. The check in staff didn’t know...
