The very rugged Hajar Mountains of #Oman, near-ish to #Tanuf. I started driving up the #rocky road in my notoriously unreliable Jeep. I realised I had no idea where the road was going and I was only getting further from civilisation, so reluctantly turned back soon after this shot was taken. #LifeAtExpedia #TroveOnTuesday
The last #journey of my old Jeep was also one of the most interesting, ranging in-country as far as #Bahla, #Oman 🇴🇲. Sadly, the old #fort there was still under #renovation when I was there in January 2011. #TroveOnTuesday #LifeAtExpedia
