"Beautiful hotel, calm, clean with wonderful staff. We stayed just as a stop over but wished we could stay longer. The restaurant was also very good and the breakfast had a large selection. Not sure how anyone could not enjoy their stay. As a tip the entrance is at gate 2 for security. "

Evenings are lively and full of energy — they host DJ parties for both kids and adults every night, which really add a fun and refreshing vibe to the stay. It’s a great way to break the routine and make lasting memories. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hospitality, atmosphere, and attention to detail make this resort a place we’ll definitely return to."

"This property is beautiful. I regularly stay at Emaar properties around the world, and this one was just as impressive. However, the room service food was very disappointing. We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. Instead, he claimed the plates were empty when returned, which was simply not true. This was such an unnecessary issue that could have been handled much more professionally—especially by a brand of this caliber. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful—especially thanks to Thorya and Adham, who were amazing."
