Hotel per una notte non per soggiorni lunghi

Camera piccola ma confortevole . Letto comodo. Bagno grande ma con tanti problemi . Acqua calda che a volte non arrivava box doccia vecchio e erogatore della doccia che non si poteva attaccare al muro . Reception praticamente inesistente non c’era mai nessuno e le chiavi erano alla mercé di tutti . Colazione abbastanza buona ma poco varia. La struttura organizza matrimoni , compleanni e ricevimenti pertanto c’è confusione fino a tarda notte e le finestre non sono insonorizzate , quindi è quasi impossibile dormire

Una bella struttura, posizione eccellente, nulla da ridere sul personale,molto cordiale e disponibile. Secondo me potrebbe ottenere un quattro stelle pieno, dovrebbe offrire una buona colazione internazionale e rendere impeccabile i bagni . Basterebbe veramente poco per una struttura così bella.

Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Bei giardini con verde ben curato e bella piscina. Per fortuna quel giorno in cui ho soggiornato presso l'hotel, é stato possibile usufruire della piscina, mentre non è stato possibile l'indomani perché affittata per un banchetto o altro, pertanto consiglio di telefonare per chiedere per chi come me ci tiene a trascorrere dei momenti di relax in piscina. Per il resto tutto ok. Penso che ritornerò 😊

Attenzione al cliente e rapporto qualità/prezzo

Nel casale restaurato e in posizione strategica vicinissimo all’autostrada. Personale cortese. Purtroppo non è stato possibile utilizzare appieno i servizi (un evento in programma per la serata non ha reso possibile l’utilizzo della piscina). Ci è stata assegnata una camera dalla parte opposta al giardino dove era previsto l’evento, ad evitarci rumori molesti. Nonostante la camera desse proprio sull’autostrada, abbiamo apprezzato l’attenzione ed alla fine si è rivelata la scelta azzeccata. Una ulteriore attenzione degna di nota è stata la bottiglia d’acqua gentilmente offertaci. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

All'arrivo non risultava la prenotazione effettuata, nonostante fosse arrivata la mail di conferma che invitava a non contattare la struttura per la conferma. La fortuna è stata che c'era disponibile un'altra camera...se no non saprei come sarebbe andata a finire. La colazione decisamente sotto la sufficienza in quanto presenti solo cornetti e yogurt. Niente pane, niente fette biscottate...tante creme ma niente su cui spalmare. Niente frutta, niente biscotti. Non era arrivata la fornitura... Personale eccellente per disponibilità e cortesia. Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta e in ottima posizione.

L'unico neo, la mattina a colazione, considerato il numero di ospiti presenti, non abbiamo avuto possibilità di scelta tra i prodotti in quanto i primi ospiti arrivati avevano già terminato tutto. Abbiamo dormito presso Villa Corallo in occasione di un concerto al quale abbiamo assistito. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e gentile. La camera molto pulita e la colazione abbondante. Nonostante la vicinanza al casello autostradale di Acireale, il posto non è affatto rumoroso.

Esperienza non da 100 e lode ma b&b consigliabile!

Strutture nel complesso gradevole, ma la stretta vicinanza all'autostrada non permette un buon riposo poichè le finestre non sono insonorizzate. Struttura non provvista di ascensore. Stanza mansardata al secondo piano, con finestrella al tetto. Luminosità molto ridotta e bagno sprovvisto di finestra e/o aeratore. Comunque buona pulizia e buone condizioni della camera anche se vi era assenza di sedie e/o scrivania e di cuscini extra nell'armadio. Non è un dramma, ma sono accorgimenti indispensabili per un piacevole soggiorno. Ottima sala colazioni e ottimo servizio colazioni. Buona pulizia della struttura in generale.

Molto bello, ma necessita di qualche miglioramento

B&B molto bello e caratteristico in prossimità dell'autostrada in una struttura recentemente ristrutturata e dotata dei confort necessari per la sua categoria. Il personale è molto gentile ed offre un servizio di gran lunga superiore alla media. La sua vicinanza (qualche metro) all'autostrada, purtroppo, ne limita il confort acustico (sopratutto alla mattina presto) a causa dei rumori delle auto che la percorrono. Le camere sono dotate di 'scuri' inadeguati a garantire l'oscurità dopo l'alba rendendo tali rumori ancora meno tollerabili.

Ho alloggiato una notte nell'hotel, buona l'accoglienza e la pulizia dell'ambiente, unica nota negativa la mancanza di accessori in bagno ( portasapone e bicchiere per spazzolino e dentifricio, niente bibite nel frigo in camera)

Bruyant, personnel peu aimable, pas de piscine...

Ce n'est pas une piscine mais une pataugeoire non entretenue... Très bruyant quand il y a des receptions avec de la musique fort et tard jusque dans la nuit... Climatisation fonctionnant très mal... Et lors de la reservation d'une chambre triple avec en plus un lit bébé, une fois sur place chambre triple sans lit bébé... Obligé de mettre le bébé contre le mur dans le lit du grand ou avec nous... Option payante pourtant et personnel de l'hotel ne faisant rien... Une fois réservé, on se voit mal repartir avec les enfants à la recherche d'un autre hotel... Personnel peu aimable et souriant. Seul point positif, le petit déjeuner.

autoroute à proximité

Hôtel tout proche de l'autoroute et certaines chambres sous les combles avec de petits vasistas sans possibilité d'y accéder. Les photos sont trompeuses car ce qui ressemble à une piscine est un petit bassin pas très propre. Les personnes y compris le responsable ne parlent pas anglais donc la communication est vraiment difficile. Le petit déjeuner est pitoyable !
