The wellness center , one of the main reasons I chose the property, was closed for 2 months. There was no coffee machine, iron, robes and communication was limited in regards to the property. We were able to check in early which we greatly appreciated after an early flight. When the pool and wellness center are open I’m sure it’s amazing.

The room was dark facing to the wall! Breakfast was boring and not much choice. Hardly any staff at the breakfast. Inaccessible if you don’t have a car. Overall not worth the money.

La struttura viene pubblicizzata come un resort 4 stelle con conseguenti servizi adeguati. Nulla di tutto ciò. DA EVITARE! Come prima cosa, l’area SPA è a pagamento (non i trattamenti, ma il semplice accesso alla sauna, bagno turco ecc). Sic! Almeno questo però era indicato nella descrizione. Ma non finisce qui. Sgradevole sorpresa al ceck in: sebbene non sia mai specificato, all’arrivo mi comunicano che LA PISCINA NEI GIORNI FESTIVI È CHIUSA(!!). Cioè, se vai lì in vacanza nei giorni festivi arrangiati: è festa anche per la gestione dell’hotel, in barba al resort spa. Ancora: prenoto pernottamento e colazione come chiaramente scritto sul portale. Ma, non si capisce perché, la mattina all’ingresso del ristorante mi bloccano dicendo che se voglio la colazione è a pagamento perché ho prenotato con un sito intermediario quale Expedia. Nonostante abbia mostrato la mia prenotazione asseriscono, quasi indispettiti, che l’errore è colpa di Expedia e non il loro. Inoltre mostrano stupore perché, a loro dire, “con Booking non si mai lamentato nessuno!” Quindi: O così o niente. Mah… pazienza, mi accollo la “modica” cifra di 80€ per la colazione (2 giorni 2 adulti e 2 bambini) tra l’altro poco assortita. Contatto l’assistenza di Expedia e l’operatrice (gentilissima ed efficiente) dopo aver sentito l’hotel conferma i disservizi subiti e mi assicura il rimborso delle spese sostenute per la colazione e mi omaggia un accredito di punti bonus.

Das Hotel selbst bietet nur einen Aussenpool. Der Innenpool gehört zum seperaten Spa Bereich und der Zutritt zum Indoor Pool kostet für Hotelgäste 10.- eur pro Stunde(!!). Zugang zum Spa Bereich kostet pro Gast 30.- eur für 2 Stunden!.

Una struttura con potenzialità sopra la media ma partendo dalla insegna poco visibile col buio perché non illuminata alla camera matrimoniale, considerando che è un 4stelle, non vi è un attaccaabiti, un solo comodino, non ci sono stampelle degne di un 4 stelle, un bagno senza un appoggio per le cose personali sia dell'uomo che della donna, per non parlare del buffet della colazione mediocre considerando che siamo nella "terra" dei dolci e dei camerieri inesperti e poco inclini al tipo di lavoro. Unica nota piacevole è stata la piscina ma che purtroppo chiudendo alla 18.00 non è stata poco utilizzata e per chi effettua escursioni sul territorio sarebbe stato gradevole un tuffo rinfrescante al suo rientro. Detto questo lo sconsiglio vivamente ci sono strutture 4 stelle che meritano di essere vissute nella Riviera dei ciclopi.

Parcheggio e buon servizio notturno

Staff cordiale e disponibile anche a tarda notte! Parcheggio molto grande e comodo, in estate penso possa essere molto più bello con la bellissima piscina. Camera un po’ rumorosa

Utrolig venligt og betænksomt personale ved morgenmaden. Selve maden på stedet lidt kedelig og uvarieret. “Catch of the day” på fiskemenuen var samme fisk hver dag.
