Would stay at Vaya resort again! The property is stunning and the staff is exceptional. Claudia at the Tiroler Hütte was very nice and the massage therapist Carla was also exceptional. Front desk personnel was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing and the numerous restaurants nearby was definitely a bonus!

Das Hotel hatte eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war lecker. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Allerdings könnt man im Wellnessbereich noch extra Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen.

Check in in autonomia (la ragazza ci ha chiesto i documenti e poi abbiamo dovuto inserirci tutti i dati da soli mettendoci circa 20minuti) parcheggio a pagamento ma abbiamo trovato per via dei cantieri in hotel chiodi che abbiamo portato pure in reception il giorno dopo essere arrivati. Wi-Fi che non funzionava o quando funzionava in appartamento molto lento come le due televisioni che non si collegavano e non funzionavano. abbiamo fatto richiesta di assistenza anche per whatsapp ma nessuno ci ha risposto. Camere sporche in alcuni punti con ragnatele negli angoli. Pensavamo che ci cambiassero almeno gli asciugamani una volta al giorno ma nulla. Check out anche questo in autonomia da soli senza la minima assistenza. Abbiamo riscontrato diversi pessimi servizi che ci porteranno a chiedere un rimborso perché troviamo non corretto visto quanto abbiamo pagato.

Tolles Frühstück und Abendessen sehr sehr nettes Personal. Beim Checkin musste man erst 15 Minuten selber seine Daten in ein iPad eingeben nicht das, was ich erwarten würde bei einem Hotel dieser Qualität. Ärgerlich: kein Fitnessraum, Zimmer war leider zur Straßenseite (Schnellstraße). Restaurant Personal hat direkt unterhalb des Zimmers geraucht.

Tolles Hotel zum wohlfühlen

Wir haben 3 Nächte verbracht und waren vom ganzen Ambiente begeistert gewesen. Da es aber an den Tagen schlechtes Wetter gab, war der Spa Bereich sehr sehr voll und man hatte wenig Liegemöbel zur Verfügung. So kam man zwischen den Erwachsenen und vielen Kindern leider nicht wirklich zur Ruhe. Aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert.

Unterkunft, Essen und Umgebung toll, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich!! Das war schon spitze!! Die Zimmer mit ihren kleinen Fenstern wirkten aber leider sehr dunkel, der Sauna und Spa Bereich war sehr eng und nicht gerade mit frischer Luft versehen...hier wäre schön noch Luft nach oben

Ein schönes neues und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr sauber. Die Auswahl an Speisen wahr sehr gut und hochwertig. Auch auf Sonderwünsche würde eingegangen. Das Personal am Empfang war zwar sehr nett, wirke aber hier und da etwas überfordert. Leider waren sie teilweise nicht wirklich ortskundig. Dies soll aber den positiven Eindruck jedoch nicht schmälern. Ich würde das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Neu renoviert und schön rustikal aber modern gestaltet mit traditionellem Dorf-Charakter. Sehr leckeres und qualitativ gutes Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension und sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Der Wellnessbereich bietet leider für die Anzahl der Gäste zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Personal ist super freundlich. Im Wellnessbereich könnte mal ein wenig investiert werden, aber wir haben die Sauna trotzdem genossen. Lecker Frühstück und sehr familienfreundlich.

Wij hadden een appartement met een slaapkamer en een bedbank in de woonkamer. De bedbank was wat te hard voor ons volwassenen; de kinderen hebben er wel goed op kunnen slapen. De koelkast maakte wel veel geluid. Het fijne was dat er toch wel 2 kookplaten waren en je zelf dus een simpele maaltijd kon bereiden.

Gut gelegen, nur 5 Minuten zum Parkplatz am Skilft mit dem Auto. Essen sehr gut, alles schmeckt, das Personal geht auf Wünsche ein, ist stets hilfsbereit. Kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Indoorpool, ideal für die Erholung nach dem Skifahren. Handdtücher und Bademantel inclusive. Wir waren schon zum 2. mal hier. 👍👍👍👍 Besonderes Lob an den Chef, einhilft wirklich überlas mit. Liebe Grüße

Great place to get away from it all

Lovely wooden two storey accommodation with stove top and small fridge. Plenty of space and two bathrooms. Nice spa facilities too in the main hotel.

Das Schwimmbad, obwohl ziemlich klein, war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Der Spielplatz ist auch sehr schön. Es ist nur Schade, daß er sich so nah von der Bundesstraße befindet. Das gilt für das Hotel im Allgemeinen. Das Hotel ist in sehr gutem Zustand und das Personal ist sehr nett und professionell.

Visite en avril déconseillé car rien n'est ouvert. Bel petit dej, menu de soir sympa. Aucun repas à midi. Personne parle français, peu de staff parlent anglais. Personelle sympa. Équipements de tennis très vieux. Pas de café ou thé dans les appartements.

Dejlig alpehytte

Boede der kun én nat på vej til Italien, men det var fantastisk at vågne op i de omgivelser. Med de flotte bjerge i baggrunden og de en fantastiske sø tæt på. Det eneste minus var mus der larmede under loftbrædderne.

En rigtig god oplevelse.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Lige på vores vej til Italien. Nemt at komme til fra nord og efterfølgende mod syd. Kunne ikke være nemmere. Super service og rigtig god restaurant med flot udsigt.

This was an amazing find off the beaten path. We stayed here for two days to get away from the crowds and tourists on our vacation. It's a beautiful ski chalet at the foot of the mountains.

Empfehlung für die Familien mit Kindern

Die Anlage ist insgesamt in einem gepflegten Zustand und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die nahe gelegene Hauptstraße hat uns nicht gestört, da der Verkehr Anfang April gering war. Die Nähe zu mehreren Skigebieten ist ein klarer Vorteil. Der Wellness Bereich ist schön aber sehr klein. Wer klassischen Wellness Urlaub machen möchte, sollte sich vorher genau informieren, ob es für ihn passt. Internet war kostenlos jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts morgens und abends überlastet. Wir konnten es über die Ostertage 2015 nicht nutzen. Der Rezeption war das Problem bekannt, man sagte uns, dass man da nichts machen könne. Meine persönliche Meinung ist, dass das Internet auch funktionieren muss, wenn das Haus ausgebucht ist. Technisch ist das definitiv möglich. Bei uns (4 Personen mit Smartphones/Tablets) war das kostenlose Internet durchaus ein Argument für dieses Hotel.

Super Schoene Umgebung und Atmosphere

Super Service. Sehr romantisch. Das Fruehstueck war so lecker und morgens im Wintergarten zu sitzen ein Traum. Wenn man das Wellnessangebot benutzen moechte sollte man auf jeden fall vorher reservieren. Wurde uns in der Reservierung und auf der Webseite des Hotels nicht vorgeschlagen. Hatten aber Glueck das jemand ihren Termin absagte. Die Betten sind sehr hart, kann aber sein das ich von den Amerikanischen Betten zu sehr verwoehnt bin.
