「Excellent staff, great room, breakfast was phenomenal in the morning. Great location to walk toward the castle/ shops and drive to see the other areas locally. The host was super welcoming with a great knowledge of the area and excellent English! Took time out of his day to show us around to many locations we never would have seen without his help in the area, extremely grateful for this stay.」

「Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. Unfourtanly, we failed to watch the hot air balloon from the hotel due the weather reason, but we also take some good picture from hotel Terrance. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.」

「Kapadokya’ya tekrar gelsem yine ve yine kalmak isteyeceğim otel diyebilirim. Odamız tertemizdi ve Kapadokya atmosferine uygundu. Standart oda seçmemize rağmen müsait olduğu için bize deluxe oda verildi. Otel işletmecisi olan beyefendi bize harika bir rota çizdi. Çizdiği rotaya göre her yeri gezip görmüş olduk. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi. Memnun olarak ayrıldık. Her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz:)」

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」
