The location is good and near to a lot of things that guests would need. The security guard name Lutterrodt Arhinful was very helpful, and protective of guests, he went out of his way to make sure my stay was enjoyable and safety was his top priority.

The place is beautiful with top of the range technology to enter and exit the building. The security were really helpful and friendly. The pool on the top floor is beautiful and the gym is decent. Very close to Accra Mall and Sky bar

The check-in process was good. I appreciated the assistance given me by Wendy to move my luggage from one suite to the next. The room was clean and well equipped. However, even though the listing stated that transportation would be provided (to/from) the airport, when I inquired, there was no response. I was told the television services would be activated - they never were. This suite was the third one in which I stayed, and in comparison to the others, it was ok - primarily because of the lack of communication from the owners. Many messages sent to the owners were just ignored.

We took a 7 night stay at Loxwood in March 2026. The room was clean and updated. The staff was constantly cleaning and kept our laundry ( sheets) ready. The pool is amazing with a that rooftop view. There was also a convenience store downstairs with good drinks and snacks, and next to them is a restaurant. All of this is minutes from the airport. Only surprise was the size of the room . The pictures are accurate but you have to get used to it.

Room was not clean enough. Hairs from visitors of before everywhere. Room was too small. I don’t really advise to visit here again. It was obviously not the cleanest place I have stayed as a Hotel. I made even a complaint and I just had to stay there they didn’t take our complaint seriously. Anyway no thanks
