Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Poor service

I cancelled my trip and sent a mail with regards to that, I got a message that the property manager would respond to my mail, but up till now I still haven’t gotten a response and my money has also not been refunded. I’m really disappointed at your services, very poor.
