Airport Adjacent!!

This is our third time staying at the Gallery by Cozy. The agent is always sooo helpful. The maids offered to clean our room. The water is still hot and great. We are very comfortable. I requested our same room. It was given to me with no problem. The pool is great for night swimming. Plus, the mall is very close.

The 180° balcony was a treat. The living room/island kitchen is spacious and bright. Staff was attentive to concerns. Having the coffee shop on premises is a plus. Several small vendors nearby.

The one bedroom apartment by Cozy was very well equipped and clean. By far Cozy does a better job than the others we booked from here at the Gallery in East Lagoon. You can see a huge difference in the quality by Cozy.

Last Night in Accra!

Last night in Accra before going to London, then back to the States. E erything was great as always. We ran out of papertowels and tissue. Called the agent and more was immediately brought up. I like how housekeeping is willing to clean if you are there more than 1 day. The washing machine helps not traveling with dirty clothes. Great company with many other properties.

The gallery was centrally located. Very clean and modern. Staff was nice and polite. Our only complaint was the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the apartment was very small.

I like the price of the apartment. It’s very economical. However, the maintenance of the apartments could be better. I stayed there for a month and had to move twice due to faults with appliances and hardware. For instance the refrigerators leaked or wouldn’t get cold and the faucet fixture was loose, the washing machine didn’t work, the air conditioner stopped working, and unfortunately the entire property has a cockroach infestation They fumigated twice while I was there. It’s not all bad though, the property management was responsive in addressing any issues and worked diligently to make my stay as comfortable as possible and the manager that I dealt with should be commended. I truly appreciated their assistance in making my stay comfortable.
