"Had a great stay. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the room was spotlessly clean, and the restaurant was great. The pools are a nice amenity. And the hotel is convenient to the airport and the resorts on the coast. I would stay here again for sure."

"No te atienden bien y si tienes duda no te ayudan,quise prender la tele y no me ayudaron pésimo servicio por la tarde noche empiezan a salir animales en las camas y no son chinches si no que son otros animalitos pero salen de las ventanas y se meten a la cama otra cosa no se queden ahí por qué dicen ..."

"Las instalaciones como siempre en buenas condiciones, la atencion del personal un poco mala sobre todo las recepcionistas preguntabas algo y se molestaban. Las maquinas de hielo nunca funcionaron y puedes bajar a los restaurantes y bares por hielo. La habitacion muy limpia, si hay recamara compartida ..."
