"Breakfast wasn’t cooked thoroughly and some food had an old taste to it like the bread, sausages and the eggs definitely weren’t fresh. The pool room had a terrible smell and I went to report the issue if mold smell and was informed their ventilation system isn’t working properly so that’s why for the terrible Check out was terrible cause I paid my room on April 20 in full and it was removed from my card. I was charged $131 something on Expedia and I got ready to leave and the rate on my bill was $124 so I asked about the difference and was informed to give it 10 days for it to correct. The lady had no idea how to discuss this issue. No idea what to do. I called the hotel prior to booking online and was informed room rate is $189 so I booked through Expedia to get a better rate and used my key points only to find out at check out the room was actually $119 and my bill didn’t match up. Hoping this gets resolved. "

"Room was clean although bathtub had hair in it… something under the coffee table… person who signed us in brought us to rooms at the very end of hotel eventhough we told him the room we wanted.. then he advised us that rooms had not been cleaned yet… but I did insist (nicely) which room we wanted & he didn’t seem pleased but he opened it & it WAS CLEAN… (I’m still scratching my head)… "
