「Pour le prix, on s’attendait à beaucoup beaucoup mieux. La chambre sent l’humidité. Le plancher craque à mort. La climatisation ultra bruyante à tous les 5 minutes. Le personnel ne vous dit pas bonjour. Pas de bouteille d’eau. Bref, pour nous c’était la première fois et la dernière pour le prix. 」

「We had a wonderful time at the Kouch Chalets! It was close to the park, quiet, had a play structure for the kids, and gave us everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the cool cabins, as sleeping hot is not fun! We found the staff hospitable and friendly, and all the blankets and pillows were so fresh and fluffy. We would definitely come back in the future - for more days next time! Thanks to Monique for her excellent service and space」

「Chambre propre et au goût du jour ! Mais le pire est si vous êtes au premier plancher .... vous entendez votre voisin du dessus faire chaque pas ! Vous entendez la toilette qui part ou la douche qui coule ! Si ça se passe à 20h c'est endurable mais si comme pour nous , vos voisins du dessus font ça à 1h du matin.... C'est vraiment désagréable.」
