Beautiful place that needs some improvement

The premises are beautiful, the man who runs the guesthouse is very nice. Though they don‘t serve food. You have to walk a long way to town to get your breakfast etc The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Though there is as no door for the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay in the sunset room. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. There was a beautiful big yard and pool to enjoy. The owner was so friendly and made us feel really welcomed. Great place to chill out and relax.

The location is amazing and views are beautiful. The restaurant was closed and it's a bit far from town which makes it difficult. It looks like they're renovating or building and once it's done, I'm sure it's going to be a spectacular place.

Bitte niiiiie mehr ein solches "Hotel" anbieten. Wir, eine kleine Gruppe von 7 Personen waren ausnahmslos nicht nur enttäuscht, sondern regelrecht sauer. Wir kamen um 17.15 Uhr an, die Zimmer waren noch nicht bezugsfertig. Wir fuhren dann in die Stadt, da es im Hotel nichts zu Essen gab. Als wir zurückkamen und die Zimmer beziehen wollten, war die Aufregung groß. In meinem Zimmer13 roch es sehr stark nach Schimmel. Dieser war auch an den Wänden deutlich zu sehen. Im Nachbarzimmer war das gleich Problöem. Im Zimmer 12 war die Matratze des Bettes feucht, ja fast nass!!! In Zimmer 2 gab es kein Waschbecken. in einem weiteren Zimmer waren mehrere (!) Tiere/ Kakalacken. Das wirklich Schlimme jedoch war, dass das Personal sehr unfreundlich war, ja sogar eher abweisend. Ob wir uns hätten entschuldigen sollen, dass wir überhaupt gebucht hatten? Es passte alles, nämlich nichts!!! Das Frühstück am Morgen einfach ätzend. Eine große Dose Bratfett, wo noch schwarze Reste drin waren anstatt Butter, ein großes Glas "GOS´s DESIRE" Peanuts- Creme, welches nur noch ca. 1/10 Inhalt hatte und auf der oberen Schicht eine klare Flüssigkeit schwamm. Wir hatten zwar für 2 Übernachtungen gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht "geflohen". Als der Helfer, der unsere koffer mit auf den Bus heben sollte gehört hatte, dass wir abreisen und nicht nochmals übernachten, stellte er sofort seine Arbeit ein. Also nochmals unsere eingringliche Bitte an Expedia: Bieten Sie dieses Hotel nicht mehr an!

die Atmosphäre sehr schön

Dusche ist etwas defekt es kam nicht viel wasser ,Waschbecken ständig verstopft also wer kein luxus will ist das ok ,Die Betten sind gut man kann sehr gut schlafen, leider gab es kein Kleiderschrank ,auf die Mahlzeiten muß man bis zu 2 Stunden warten für Kinder ist das zu lange

Unfortunately we didn't get to stay at this hotel as we couldn't find it. We took a taxi and asked at the local village near the Botanic gardens but nobody we asked knew where it was? We called the phone number but no reply?
