I booked this hotel based on phoney ratings from Hotel.com. First of all, the location of the hotel using google map is totally different from actual place on ground - 12 km apart. It took me over 2 hours and a local guide to trace the facility.
Then the huge one, the hotel manager did not trace any booking in my name, despite the fact that Hotel.com took the full amount for my stay from my debit card. Manager insisted that no money was paid to them by Hotels.com. Called Hotels.com number and automated voice prompt wasn’t useful. Hotel manager took my contact information and promised that if Hotels.com later remitted the money, he would contact me for a full refund. I was left with no other option than to get another nearby hotel and use. Four days later, I am still waiting. I am left to conclude that this is a deliberate fraudulent act and still considering next course of action.
I am also considering whether Hotels.com is meant for me after this disaster.

Internet was patchy most of the time and the place was noisy- noise from their pool and a church across from them blared music.

Excellent place!!
This was unexpected to get such quality hotel with such price!!! I highly recommend to all ! Very friendly staff and cleanliness and gym / indoor swimming facility are another treat!!
