Firstly, they didn't give us the room we booked on our first night and secondly, the bedsheet was not a cleaned one. After we complained, they changed the bedsheets immediately but changed the room the next morning. Breakfast was only served once out of the six days we stayed in this property. There's no microwave in the room. Wi-Fi was very sluggish.

Good bang for your bucks

Very good location, comfortable place to stay with a sense of home away from home. I would recommend this place especially to solo/independent traveler.

The property itself was fine. The staff were great. The big problem is that they market their place on booking.com and expedia.com, but that system doesn't work very well. Out of 3 experiences doing that (twice for us, and once for our friends who we recommended to this place), one time for us it worked flawlessly, this most recent time they moved us across town to a different property (though I credit them for figuring out how to make it right for us), but for our friends last week, they just said "no", and our friends had to find a place on their own at the last second and ended up paying double what they had planned on. So call them directly, if you want to be extra sure of them keeping your reservation.

The service by staff was outstanding. But if you are staying on the ground floor, its impossible to sleep coz of the noise from water pump. There are no real restaurants around the vicinity
