We stayed at the hotel on July 28th under the name Hannah Hason, and had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the hotel couldn't find our reservation for two rooms and insisted we had only booked one. After a long argument, they finally found the second room under a different name—despite both rooms being under the same booking. The rooms were also very far apart, which made things difficult for our family.
The staff promised to upgrade our room due to the mistake, but never did. We also requested a crib for our baby and were given an unsafe, hammock-like setup—not a proper crib.
Worst of all, my wife was injured at the pool due to loose tiles and suffered a deep cut in her foot. Nearly a week later, she’s still in pain. No one from the hotel has responded to our complaint. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
