"We had a reservation of 2 rooms. We had to do late night check-in and the receptionist who qas on duty at that time was very friendly and taking care of us very well. She was guiding me in parking as all the parking lots are occupied at that time and was also suggesting some local food options and pointers around the area. Definitely a 5 star for her work in the late night. The morning breakfast was also fresh and my family, kids enjoyed."

"Everything about this hotel was very, very good...Except...the closet curtain in all the rooms utilized a significant sized panel of a putrid green color that aesthetically made no sense with the primary colors of the room, and there was no other similar color in the rooms to warrant this application. Time to get another interior designer. Still, I would come here again because everything else was so good"

"Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express (Covington) was wonderful. Rachelle is not only an outstanding AGM, but she ran the breakfast room each morning. It was clean, the food was hot, and she goes out of her way to make each early morning breakfast enjoyable. She just relates to everyone in a remarkable manner."
