「Staffs are friendly and helpful. I left some personal belongings in room after check out and the staff is reacting quick and fast response to get it solved. The room is clean, same as photos and the location is great, few mins walk to Metro and JR stations, and surrounding by 3 majors convenience stores.」

「We loved the property! It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station, there is a bus stop right outside and another bus stop about 5 minutes away. 7/11 is almost right beside here. We loved being away from the heavy tourist areas to stay and being around more locals here. Everyone around here was very nice. 「Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. En cuanto la atención y el servicio con el personal, esta muy lejos de ser la mejor y de ser el servicio al que te acostumbra japon, hacer el check in es complicado y hasta las 3 (que es hora normal) pero el check out a las 10 con nada de flexibilidad, pedí el check out por el chat de expedía con el propietario, y me habían dicho que me avisaban para el late check out obvio con un costo...
