"Lift was not working and I was on the top floor so struggled with my luggage. TV was an issue as could not find the standard channels only satellite channels I had not seen before and I have sky at home. Great spot ans over the road from the

. Very good buffet breakfast. Good value for money Hotel and my room (18) was excellent but if you are not fit and agile ask for lower floor room. This is the second time I have stayed here."

"Never encountered any staff, so I cannot comment there. The room was larger than I expected. It was neat and clean but a little worn. They warn you it is loud-this is very true. I could not find any earplugs in the local shops. They should consider leaving disposable earplugs for guests. "
