「Good location close to the seafront.」

「The ocean is out the front door. The castle is down the road.」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Safe, clean, quiet, and cosy. A quaint walk from the train station. My only issue is that I found the room to be quite cold with no way to adjust the temperature myself. There is no staff on the property, so not an easy fix. 」

「Everything perfect, only thing for me on the day would be a slightly earlier breakfast, maybe 7.30 to get up the mountain earlier but that’s personal preference. Thank you for keeping my sandwiches fresh in the fridge.」

「A lovely location with lovely grounds which are being worked on to make them even better. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. Happy to recommend and would stay again.」
